1. Class search — free public search across all 45 classes, plus phonetic and device-mark matches.
2. TM-A filing — drafting, attaching specimen and filing on the IP India portal with the right class and goods description.
3. Once accepted, you can use the ™ symbol immediately.
4. Examination reply — we respond to Sections 9 & 11 objections within 30 days.
5. Show-cause hearing attendance, if needed.
6. Journal publication & opposition handling for 4 months.
7. Registration certificate — once issued, you can use the ® symbol and the mark is valid for 10 years (renewable).

Government fees

₹4,500 per class for individuals / startups / MSMEs (with Udyam) and ₹9,000 per class for all others. Our professional fees are separate and quoted upfront.

Why register your trademark

A registered trademark gives you a 10-year statutory monopoly over your brand name, logo or slogan in chosen classes. Without it, anyone can copy your brand and you have no clear legal recourse.
